I was reading an email sent to us from Keller Williams corporate regarding Phishing Scams and thought that I should share this information. According to the email: To avoid phishing scams:
Never reply to email asking for personal information
Only divulge personal information when you initiate the service call
If you receive a request to wire money, pick up the phone and talk with someone to validate
When in doubt, do not click a link (Open a separate web browser and log directly into your official account - not via a link)
Download some smartphone apps to keep mobile transactions safe

The Neuse River Region Board of Realtors (NRRBR) is up 10% compared to May of 2014
Keller Williams is up 22% compared to May of 2014
ONE out of every FOUR homes sold within the NRRBR is sold by a Keller Williams agent and 1/3 of those transactions are double-sided. This means that a Keller Williams agent is representing both the seller and the buyer.
Keller Williams currently has 75 homes pending, which is more than the next three closest companies combined, which have 31, 28, and 14 homes pending!
Keller Williams is doing really well this year and we are not even half way through the year yet! We can't wait to see what is in store for us for the rest of the year!!
